CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 15 minute grace period, if you are running later than 15 minutes, we’ll have to reschedule or if I can , I will give the option of $15 late fee. If you cancel your appointment last minute (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment), that will result in a 75% cancellation fee. no shows, will result in 100% cancellation fee. Please book soak off if needed. A soak off is necessary if you have another technicians work. If no soak off is booked when needed we may need to reschedule. Please book designs accordingly, these are timed appointments therefore we only have ‘x’ amount of time. Any questions? Feel free to DM before booking!
